Patients are important, but so is surgical staff. SAC takes feedback from the surgeons we work with very seriously. That is why we create ongoing communication with them through surveys conducted by independent research firms. The results are quite impressive, and for the past five years they place us in the 95th percentile for all areas: courtesy, skill and responsiveness.
